How We Do Shipping
Our multi-day, artisanal approach to making dried pasta allows us to make incredibly good pasta, but it also has a downside. It limits how much we can make and have on hand.
We collect orders every Monday morning in order to begin the process of preparing your pasta to be shipped out mid-week via UPS or other appropriate services.
This allows us to get our pasta to you within a few days while also continuing to work on future orders in the kitchen.
We do everything we can to make sure the pasta make and you are purchasing is awesome pasta arriving to you in the best possible condition. But, things happen.
We treat refunds on a case by case situation. Please reach out to us via email at info(@)FoggyMountainPasta.com so we can discuss with you what happened and possible resolutions.
